I have no expensive or so well regarded camera. I have no huge pack of lenses. I don't have a studio, or even an external flash. I'm not even graduating, but I assure you one thing: I have passion. I love photography, and I have big plans for me in the future. For now, I'll continue to be self taught and grow as much as I can, with what I've got.

I found my passion for photography like... I don't remember, seriously. I just remember that as a kid, all I loved to do was drawing walls, books, paper (whatever came to my hands) and grabbing my dad's camera: taking pictures to my friends, my garden, everything I found pretty. Of course that once my father knew what I was doing I was lightly punished. I just didn't care for the punishment, anyway. I was doing whatever made me happy!

The camera was really hidden from me for years, and as years passed, digital photography came out. By Christmas 2006, my father purchased me a compact digital camera, a Sony DSC-W7 (it still works, ahaha). I just took pictures TO EVERYTHING, what really really bothered my father and made him yell at me for "wasting" the camera. I just didn't care: again.

Passion for photography, as a way to express myself, just kept growing. Then I realized that photographing was more than just pressing a button and taking pictures to pretty stuff. It was a meditation, a journey to a new level, a new place. It was dreaming. And I'm a dreamer!

By May 2009 I bought my current DSLR camera: Sony A200. I've already photographed concerts, events, and small stuff. What I really love is to feel the moment and not having a specific concept.

But every rule has an exception, and for a couple of months I've been planning several photoshoots that will promote me and those included in the varied projects. Music, painting, fashion and many other artistic expressions will come out of it, and they will fulfill my whole year of 2012. I'm really glad for these, for the moment, and expecting the project to be great.
